ImmigrateSync is led by Christopher Dennis Jr., a licensed and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). In addition to his immigration expertise, Mr. Dennis is a seasoned professional with over 29 years of experience in Information Technology Management.
As an Authorized Representative under Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, its regulations, and the Citizenship Act, Mr. Dennis is fully authorized to practice immigration and citizenship law in Canada. He studied Immigration and Citizenship Law at the esteemed Queen’s University.
With a Class L3 license (License No. R731378), Mr. Dennis represents refugees before the Refugee Protection Division and the Refugee Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). His expertise in Canadian Immigration Law is supported by ongoing Professional Management Education (PME) requirements through the CICC.
He provides services for all visa types, including Temporary Resident Visas (TRV) such as Visitor Visas, Super Visas, Business Visas, Student Visas, Work Visas, and Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) visas.
For Permanent Residence (PR), he handles applications through the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), Family and Spousal Sponsorship, as well as Humanitarian & Compassionate (H&C) cases. Additionally, he assists with Citizenship applications, Immigration Detention hearings, Visa Refusals, and Bans.
Reflecting on his own experiences navigating the Canadian immigration system, Mr. Dennis notes, “I aspire to help others with their immigration journey, whether they are in Canada or outside of Canada. I also made a promise to give back to humanity by offering five pro bono services to individuals who are already in Canada and have applied for refugee claims but are unable to afford legal counsel.”
