About Mr. Christopher Dennis

Christopher Dennis is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and the first Liberian-Canadian male in Canada to graduate from Queen’s University Faculty of Law with a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law. He holds a Class L3 license, is in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and represents clients in all immigration matters, including refugee claims before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), Refugee Protection Division (RPD), and Immigration Division (ID).

Mr. Dennis’s motivation for founding the FREE (Pro Bono) Immigration Program each year stems from his own lived experience as an immigrant in Canada. He understands the challenges faced by newcomers and individuals wanting a better life in Canada and is committed to providing life-changing representation to those who cannot afford legal immigration representation.

Why the FREE (Pro Bono) Program Exists

Every year, ImmigrateSync by Dennis Immigration Services Inc. selects five individuals to receive FREE professional immigration representation:

  • Three refugee claimants* currently residing in Canada
  • Two skilled international or Skilled Trades applicants eligible under 
  • Express Entry’s Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

This initiative reflects Mr. Dennis’s core values of *compassion, access to justice, and human dignity, ensuring deserving individuals receive quality immigration representation, once in a lifetime opportunity regardless of financial means.

Qualification Requirements for the 2025 Express Entry (PNP)  FREE (Pro Bono) Candidates

To apply for one of the two international (FREE) Pro Bono slots, applicants must;

  • Hold a college degree or master’s degree, OR be a tradesperson with a vocational diploma or certificate.
  • Be in the STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Have a valid passport.
  • Have no criminal record.
  • Be in good standing in their local community.
  • Provide three professional references.
  • Submit a resume or CV.
  • Write a 3,000-word Statement of Interest.
  • Have held a valid job within the last three years.
  • Meet all eligibility requirements for Express Entry (PNP) including:
  • Valid IELTS or equivalent language proficiency test – (will be paid by us)
  • Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) – (will be paid by us)
  • Proof of skilled work experience.

Statement of Interest Policy

All submitted Statements of Interest will be rigorously verified using our AI-detection systems and Turnitin plagiarism-checking software. Essays found to be AI-generated or plagiarized will result in immediate disqualification from the selection process.
